Kamil Can't Fly

Main idea: Starling Kamil keeps his beak in books and skips flying class — being “different” can turn into a strength.

Starling Kamil keeps his beak in books and skips flying class. Cousins tease him — then migration day comes.

Jennifer Berne and Keith Bendis (Albatros) tell how being “different” can turn into a strength. Lovely for reading together when a child feels behind the others.
